Their struggles with mental health, stress, and trauma are real. That’s why the annual “Standing With You” banquet is more than just an event; it’s a lifeline and a show of gratitude.

I’m honored to know the founder of the With You nonprofit personally, as well as two of the board members. These are folks who don’t just talk about helping their community—they put in the work, day after day. Their dedication is personal, passionate, and rooted in lived experience.
About With You
With You was founded by first responders, for first responders and their families. The organization is committed to breaking the stigma around seeking help for mental health, providing support for counseling, therapy, and holistic wellness, and creating a safe community where no one faces crisis alone.
Through collaborations with local businesses, public officials, and other organizations, With You is building a robust support network—because they know that supporting our first responders ultimately makes our entire community stronger and safer.
